IT’S ALL ABOUT THE STONE…MOONSTONE!!!
This spectacular moonstone has ALL the flash…it’s unbelievably gorgeous. I picked up this stone about 2 years ago from Kansas City from a lapidary artist who really does fabulous work. The stone has been set into sterling silver with a castellated bezel. The silver beaded wire that wraps around the stone gives this piece a strong vibe. The sterling silver cross was forged with recycled sterling silver.
The pendant is placed on sterling silver Navajo Pearls. The pearls are adjustable to measure 19-21”. Navajo Pearls are made of sterling silver and every individual one is handmade. No two beads are alike and the time-intensive process is what makes Navajo Pearls so special and so expensive. Making the beads is a time-consuming process. The Navajo commonly used beads to tell stories and pass them down from generation to generation.
