Why I Do What I Do
Joan began designing jewelry in 2010. Her passion for unique, rustic designs was enhanced when she began studying Navajo silversmithing techniques. Before a design is formed, the gemstones are carefully placed on an anvil in full view before the metal is cut and the hammer is swung.
"Jewelry making is my passion and it brings me great joy and a sense of purpose to see I've contributed to someone else's happiness!"
Style & Quality
Influenced by Navajo Silversmithing techniques and tribal influences, Joan's designs are rustic, meant for those wanting a unique and strong piece of jewelry. Careful consideration is taken in Joan's personal selection of each gemstone that is incorporated into a one of a kind piece of jewelry. Each piece can include silver, copper, bronze, leather and gemstones. All metals are made in the USA to ensure there is no contamination and provide top quality materials.
100% Handmade by Me
Every piece of jewelry is handmade by Joan. She carefully forms raw metal into designs that reflect the rustic charm included in each piece of jewelry. Joan continues to test boundaries and discover more ways to move metal into quality handmade pieces that will last for years to come.
"As an avid motorcyclist, I am influenced by the experience of a 2-wheel ride...2 wheels move the soul, 4 wheels move the body. This has a strong influence on my vision for every design."
